Jim Wynorski's wild, irreverent take on the moody DC Comics monster hero (played by Dick Durock) stars Heather Locklear as the bog-dwelling avenger's love interest who also happens to be the daughter of the evil Dr. Arcane (Louis Jourdan, reprising his role from the 1982 Wes Craven original). Campy, vibrant and fun!
