Fuad Ramses (Robert Rusler, A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET PART 2) and his family move from the United States to France, where they run an American diner. During his nights working in a museum of ancient Egyptian culture, he is repeatedly drawn to a statue of the goddess Ishtar. When the real Ishtar (Sadie Katz) appears and demands sacrifices, he prepares a ritual feast to honor his new mistress, dripping with the blood and organs of human victims.
