When a lunatic scientist captures wrestlers to drain their spinal fluids and create a "Gill Man", the cops call on the sexy superhero Batwoman to stop him. She does stop him, naturally, but disfigures his face with acid in the process. Now, scarred and enraged, the mad medico sets his sights on revenge, with Batwoman his target!
